The 12-year-old, mixed-breed dog with a “big heart” proves that big things come in small packages, according to his profile on the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society’s website.
Guillermo is among the shelter’s Hidden Gems collection, a group of dogs and cats that have been waiting more than 100 days to find their “furever” home.
Weighing in at 10 pounds, he’s very loyal to the person he bonds with and would need to be the only pet in a quiet, adults-only home, MHHS says.
“I may be older, but I still have a lot of character in me!” reads his profile.
